ORIENTAL BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
12 oz. fresh broccoli
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 lb. beef round steak, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. bean sprouts

Slice broccoli on the diagonal (4 cups). In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch non-metal baking dish, stir together broccoli, onion, green pepper and oil.

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, and bouillon. Add water, wine, and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Microwave covered on high for 11 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Stir in beef and bean sprouts. Cook 5-6 minutes. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
