CHEESECAKE 
1 c. Zwiebeck crackers, crushed
2/3 c. graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

BOTTOM LAYER:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOP LAYER:

16 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla

Crust: Mix together, pat around sides of 10 inch springform pan.

Bottom Layer: Beat eggs and sugar in blender, add vanilla, let sit for a while until sugar dissolves. Beat cream cheese until mixed. Stir in egg mixture. Pour into crust and bake 25 minutes at 340 degrees.

Top Layer: Mix together. Spread on top of cheesecake and bake 5 minutes at 500 degrees.
