ICE CREAM DOUGH STRUDEL 
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 lb. butter, melted
2 c. flour
Fruit preserves, any type
Sugar
Cinnamon
Raisins
Nuts

Combine ice cream, butter and flour. Mix well and separate into 4 equal parts. Wrap each part into waxed paper and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Roll out on well floured surface. Spread on preserves, cinnamon, sugar, nuts and raisins. Roll up tightly. Coat top with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Pre-slit top and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut when cool. Makes about 3 dozen.
