ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
Chocolate chips and nuts

Blend oil, butter and sugar. Add zucchini and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
