1 can onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. burgundy wine
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in sm. pieces

Mix all ingredients together and bake in uncovered casserole dish for 6 hours at 250 degrees. Serve over rice or noodles. Top with chow mein noodles.
