WINE CAKE 
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix (don't use cake mix with pudding in already)
1 vanilla instant pudding
1 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sherry (cooking)

Bake in a bundt pan 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Poke holes into cake and frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. sherry

Pour slowly over the cake and allow frosting to seep in. This is a knockout cake, so simple and good. Great for freezing if needed!
