2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/8 c. cooking oil
1/8 c. water
3 delicious apples, diced
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Pout into floured baking dish and bake at 350 degrees from 45 minutes to an hour.

ICING:

1 c. Pet milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts; optional
1 c. coconut; optional

Cook milk, yolks, butter, vanilla, and sugar until thick and add nuts and coconut if wanted.
