CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Let the cheese stand at room temperature until softened. Then beat it in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.

(If desired, use 1 can prepared cherry pie filling and pour over top. Chill.)
