MARVELOUS MANICOTTI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti (14 pieces) shells
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed or chopped spinach
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 c. or more of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2-1 lb. ground chuck
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Pinch of garlic powder, oregano & basil

Cook manicotti according to package directions; drain and set aside in a colander. Prepare spinach as directed on label. Open into a large bowl and cool approximately 5 minutes. Stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, egg, salt and pepper. Stuff each manicotti shell and arrange in a shallow, greased baking dish. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet, drain off the fat and add the spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, oregano and basil.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Pour meat mixture over stuffed manicotti shells and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6-8.
