BEST EVER STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 toes garlic, minced
1 tsp. creole seasoning
2 c. cooked yellow rice

Clean and parboil peppers. Brown meat and sausage in skillet. Remove. Saute onion, celery, and pepper until tender. Add rice, garlic and seasoning. Stuff peppers. Place in baking pan with a 1/4 cup water. Cover pan with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
