SALAD DELIGHT 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. boiling water
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, cut

Pour boiling water over Jello and let stand until thick. Whip cream. Mix cream with Jello and nuts, pineapple and cherries. Fold in whipped cream and pour into a mold. Refrigerate.
