HERB - FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 (2 lb.) frying chicken, cut into pieces
Grease for deep frying

In a paper bag combine the flour, salt, pepper and rosemary. Add a few chicken parts at a time and shake to coat well with the seasoned flour.

Place grease to a depth of one inch in a heavy skillet and heat to 375 degrees. Drop the chicken pieces into skillet and cook until golden brown on one side. Turn and cook the other side until brown.
