EASTER BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. cream
1 c. milk

12-18 hard boiled eggs Buttered bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. basil Parsley 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Make white sauce. Melt butter, add flour. Slowly add while stirring, milk and cream. Mix in seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese.

Slice hard boiled eggs. Layer in buttered casserole with bacon. Pour cheese sauce over eggs and bacon. Add buttered bread crumbs to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
