VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
Cracker crumbs
Bell pepper rings
Sliced potatoes
Sliced onion rings
Sliced squash
Sliced mild Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can milk
1 stick butter

Butter casserole dish; sprinkle cracker crumbs on bottom of dish. Layer the vegetables and cheese in the dish. Pour soup diluted with the milk over the layers. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Slice butter on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
