PINEAPPLE BAR CAKE 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can well drained crushed pineapple

Into a mixing bowl, put melted butter, sugar, and eggs; mix. Sift dry ingredients and add; mix all together. Add nuts and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured cake pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. After cake has cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
