CHILI SAUCE 
4 qts. peeled, cored, chopped tomatoes (24 lg. tomatoes)
2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped sweet green peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
Hot peppers to taste (opt.)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and cook until well done and thick. Pour into pint jars and seal. Yield: 6 pints.
