BREAD STARTER - LOW CALORIE 
2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. of Bestyet flour

Put water in crock bowl and sprinkle with yeast and sugar. Let yeast rise to top. Add flour and mix well. Let rise until double in bulk. In a cold room it can go overnight.

ADDITION #2:
1/2 c. lukewarm water, stir well
6 c. Bestyet flour

Knead well and let rise double in bulk. Divide dough into 4 equal parts, roll ut each cookie style. Fold over once then again, now you have 4 quarters. Roll out again to get all bubbles out. Cut in half and make 2 sausage style rolls.

Crisscross like an X and braid together, Mrs. Baird's way. Let rise double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 4 small loaves.
