PORTUGUESE BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. dry pink beans
1/2 lb. linguisa sausage
1 ham hock
3-4 potatoes, diced
1 head cabbage
1 can beef bouillon or 2 cubes bouillon in 1 c. water
1 can diced tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. each of following: thyme, cumin, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
