PASTA PRIMAVERA 
4 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced zucchini
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/4 c. chicken broth or water
3/4 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Black pepper
2 c. cooked drained spaghetti
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic, onion, zucchini and mushrooms, saute until onion is translucent. Add broccoli and broth. Cover and steam 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Add tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings. Toss thoroughly. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 301 calories.
