CRAB AND PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 medium zucchini, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. basil
6 oz. crab (frozen or canned)
1/2 lb. vermicelli, cooked al dente
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. grated Romano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Sauté zucchini in butter for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and peas and sauté for about 1 minute. Add cream, cheese, basil and pepper and simmer about 1 minute. Add crab; stir until heated and serve over the pasta.
