RIGATONI SAUCE 
1/2 c. sweet peppers
1 rib celery
2 or 3 onions
1 toe garlic

Dice the above ingredients very fine, then saute.

1 lg. can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste

Salt
Pepper
Hot pepper seeds
Oregano

Bring to boil, then simmer about 45-60 minutes. Serve over cooked rigatoni or spiral pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
