CHOC - PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. water
5.33 oz. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa. Add water, stirring until smooth. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring until well combined. Add butter, vanilla and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in peanut butter until melted; remove from heat. Cool slightly. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes 2 cups.
