SWISS POTATOES 
4 to 6 lg. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 med. onion, sliced very thin
Havariti cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can chicken broth, heated

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Layer potatoes, onion, then cheese (Swiss and/or Jack cheese may be used). Repeat layers until all are used ending with cheese. Pour hot broth over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Remove foil for last 15 minutes.
