SHRIMP SALAD A LA FINLAND 
1 head lettuce
1 bunch leaf lettuce
2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small can each: corn, peas and green beans, drained
1/2 lb. Edam or Feta cheese, shredded

Tear lettuce into bite size chunks. Add all other ingredients and toss well. Chill until serving time. Serve with buttermilk dressing.
