TOLL HOUSE COOKIE PIE 
9 inch deep dish frozen pie crust
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bake frozen pie crust at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes (prick bottom and sides with a fork before baking). Combine butter, sugars, flour and eggs. Mix at medium speed until well blended. Stir in walnuts and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. To make 2 pies I make 1 1/2 the recipe and freeze one. Great for bake sales.
