IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onions over medium heat until beef is brown, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, spread in plate. Sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds. Pour onto plate. Bake 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean from inserting 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
