HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. round steak
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. catsup
1 c. hot water
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cold water

Brown meat, add minced onions and brown. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, catsup and hot water. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Reduce pressure instantly. Add flour and cold water. Stir until thick. Pour sauce over egg noodles and serve.
