CHOCOLATE CHIP CRUMB CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour

Mix. Take out 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Add: 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk 1 tsp. baking soda 12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to milk. Pour into pan and top with crumb mixture which was reserved. Use 13 x 9 inch flat baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. One-half above recipe in 8 inch square pan. Bake 40 minutes.
