PORK CHOP GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. lard or drippings
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut green beans, defrosted
1 can celery soup
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown chops in drippings, season with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Mix together beans, soup, dill seed, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt, pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until meat is done. 6 servings. 2 cans drained green beans may be used.
