ORANGE & GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 c. cold water
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 lb. can grapefruit pieces (or sections drained & cut into pieces)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add orange juice concentrate and cold water. Drain oranges, reserving syrup. Add syrup to gelatin mixture. Chill until partially set; then fold in oranges and grapefruit. Pour into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold or into orange halves which have been scooped out; chill until set. Unmold ring mold and serve with mayo or sour cream garnish. If serving in orange halves, serve on bed of lettuce.
