CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 env. gelatin
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Sugar Twin
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Over low heat, melt chocolate, cinnamon and Sugar Twin. When melted, slowly add evaporated skim milk and water. Stir; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; cool. Rinse small square pan in cold water. Pour mixture into pan and chill. Cut into 6 pieces. 1 piece = 80 calories.
