GRAND MARNIER FRENCH TOAST 
10 eggs
1 loaf French bread, sliced 1 inch thick
1/4 c. grand marnier or triple sec
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. milk
Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. orange rind

Mix all ingredients. Dip and soak each slice. Place in 9 x 13 casserole overnight in refrigerator, covered. Fry in small amount of oil (electric skillet is best). Serve with powdered sugar and syrup.
