WHOLE CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh whole cranberries, washed
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix together orange juice, boiling water, and butter. Add egg to juice mixture. Add dry ingredients to liquid. Add cranberries. Let sit 10 minutes. Bake about 55 minutes or until done. Cool on rack 30 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
