ORIENTAL VINAIGRETTE 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. tamari
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
Dash red pepper flakes

Whisk together above ingredients in mixing bowl. Let set for 10 minutes before using. (Ginger and garlic should be chopped or diced finely.)
