CALAVACITAS 
1 can vacuum packed corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
4-5 med. Italian squash (zucchini)
1-2 c. Cheddar cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder and pepper to taste

Pour corn and stewed tomatoes into saucepan, added sliced zucchini. Bring to boil and simmer until zucchini is tender. Pour into casserole dish, top with grated cheese, cover and bake until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes, at 350 degrees.
