SESAME SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, deveined
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. sesame seed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 servings cooked, wild rice
1/4 c. sliced onions and tops

Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add shrimp and sesame seeds. Cook over medium heat until seeds are lightly toasted and shrimp are opaque. Stir in onions, soy sauce, and ginger. Heat thoroughly. Serve on wild rice.
