6 lg. potatoes
2 lg. onions
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. bacon bits
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes. Line potatoes in a large square pan. Chop onion real fine and toss with potatoes, vinegar, salt and bacon. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
