NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together with electric beater. Pour into tube or loaf pan. Starting with cold oven, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for additional 2 hours without opening. Serves 16.
