CARMEN'S DRESSING 
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. oil
4-6 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 oz. brick cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
3-4 anchovies

Blend all ingredients well in blender. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
