AUNT DOROTHY'S C.'S BEEF
STROGANOFF
 
1 lb. round steak
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup
2 cans water
1 c. sour cream
Seasonings
Noodles

Cut meat in thin strips; roll in flour and brown in a large skillet. Add soups with water. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add seasonings. Add sour cream last and heat through on low heat only. Serve over cooked noodles.
