SCALLOPED POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes, skinned & sliced
1 lg. onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
10 slices American cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Lay 1/2 of potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine onion, soup and milk; mix thoroughly. Pour 1/2 of mixture over potatoes. Next place 5 slices of cheese over mixture. Next place remaining potatoes, then remaining mixture. Place remaining 5 slices of cheese on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese; salt and pepper throughout. Bake with foil at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
