JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs, add sugar and butter. Add other ingredients. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake 40 - 45 minutes at 325°F.

Serves 6 - 8.
