2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk (either whole or evaporated)
24 crushed soda crackers
1/2 c. peanut butter (extra crunchy)
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Slowly bring sugar and milk to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan. Cut into squares.
