MAYONNAISE BISCUITS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. less 2 tbsp. buttermilk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Pat or roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a generously floured surface. Cut into small biscuits and place in lightly greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
