CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 chicken breasts
2 (#2) cans green beans
3 (6 oz.) cans water chestnuts
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry

Chicken may or may not be precooked. Remove from the bones and cut into cube pieces. Place ingredients in baking dish in layers, beginning with the green beans. Mix the lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry together and pour over the casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake 15 minutes longer if chicken was not precooked.
