“HEARTY YOGURT BISCUITS” IS IN:

HEARTY YOGURT BISCUITS 
3 cups all-purpose heart healthy baking mix
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp. chopped, minced garlic
3 tsp. dried thyme, divided

Heat oven to 450°F.

In a bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients and 2 teaspoon thyme. Knead about 8 times.

Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Using a 2-1/2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out 10 biscuits. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place biscuits on baking sheet.

Coat biscuits with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining thyme.

Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.
