BEEF STEW 
3-4 lbs. beef or venison, cubed
8 lbs. potatoes
2 lbs. carrots
1 stalk celery
2-3 lg. onions
2 pkgs. beef stew mix
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic salt

Fry cubed meat in butter until brown. Add all other ingredients in casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour on 400 degrees.
