1 pkg. fluffy frosting mix 1/3 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. boiling water 1 pkg. (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar 1 c. chopped nuts In small mixer bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Beat on highest speed until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Transfer to large mixer bowl, on low speed, gradually blend in sugar. Stir in nuts. Drop mixture by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper. When outside of candy feels firm, turn over, dry at least 12 hours. Store in airtight container 5 to 6 dozen candies. |
