FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 (15 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda Mix well. Pour in a greased 8 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 c. Carnation milk 1 c. coconut 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar Boil 2 minutes and spread on cake while hot. |
