COUNTRY CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, raw
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 head cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. mint leaves
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Beat egg. Add salt, pepper, garlic and allspice. Mix together with hamburger, onions and rice.

Using large kettle, boil water. Place whole cabbage head in water until it is softened, yet holds its shape. Remove and cool.

Mix stewed tomatoes in blender, add mint leaves. Using cabbage leaves, roll hamburger mixture and fold ends. Place in large baking pan, pour sauce over the cabbage rolls and bake in oven approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
